What is a Referral Associate?
A Referral Associate is an agent who holds an active Utah real estate license but earns income by referring their clients and contacts to a Realtor® as a lead rather than engaging in active real estate sales themselves.
How do I Join?
To join Utah Connect Real Estate simply call or email our Principal Broker, Christine Robinson, chrissy@utah-connect.com or call at 435-645-6002. She will answer any questions you have and explain exactly what it will take for you to become an active, revenue producing, agent Utah Connect Real Estate. The sooner you contact us, the sooner you can start collecting referral commissions. You probably know someone right now you could refer! Why Choose Us over other Referral Companies
We are a perfect solution for real estate agents who want to earn referral fees but are not actively engaged in real estate sales. We encourage our agents to remain engaged with their sphere and look for creative ways to reach out for referral business as a supplement to their income. Through our association with the BHHS Utah Properties Referral and Relocation Department, we can place and track your referrals providing great care with the professional placement of these referral clients.
What are the costs involved?
There are no initial fees to sign on with Utah Connect Real Estate, no MLS fees, no Board dues, no lockbox fees, no E&O fees, no cancellation fees. The only cost involved is a $75 annual fee that is waived or credited to you with one successful referral per year.
What do you need from me when I place a referral?
You will simply navigate the Referral Intranet site and click on the “Submit an Outgoing Referral” page.
What if I don't know any agents to refer my clients to?
When you don’t know any active agents, we will choose a qualified agent for you.
